Your business details

Business identity is one place for your business's official details. Spark compares them with what each platform shows, fills the Copy buttons in the guides, and uses them in your strategy so you are never asked twice.

Open it from your launch page: Business identity. Reading needs launch.read; saving needs launch.write. Without launch.write you see "You can view this, but you can't change it."

What you fill in

  • Legal name and Trade name
  • Country (two-letter code, such as SA or EG) and Business type: services, products, or both
  • Commercial register number and Tax number
  • Address: line 1, line 2, city, region, postal code, country
  • Business phone and Business email
  • Website
  • Owner name
  • Category
  • Opening hours: add one row per day with the opening and closing time
  • Descriptions: a short and a long description, in English and Arabic

Draft descriptions with AI

Next to the descriptions, choose a platform and a language, then Draft with AI. Spark writes a draft that fits that platform's length. Review this draft, then save when it is right. Nothing is published until you save it.

Why it matters

Customers and search engines trust a business whose name, address and phone match on every platform. When a platform shows something different, the matching item on your launch page shows Needs a fix.
