This page describes the strategy workspace, which is being rolled out now.
Step 8, Check & approve, is where your plan becomes official.
1. Confirm every guess
Under Guesses to confirm, Spark lists every answer that is an AI guess, or that your account manager added and you did not. For each one press Confirm if it is right, or Change to fix it. When nothing is left you see "Nothing left to confirm."
2. Approve
Press Approve. You need the strategy.approve permission; otherwise you see Ask your admin to approve.
Spark only lets you approve when:
- every step is finished ("Finish every step before you approve."),
- every step that changed has been reviewed ("Review the steps that changed before you approve."),
- every guess is confirmed ("Confirm every guess before you approve."),
- nobody changed the plan while you were reading ("This changed while you were reading — review again").
What approval records
- who approved and when,
- the language you were reading,
- a version check code that proves exactly which text you approved.
What approval does
- The version is locked.
- Your launch page marks the strategy items in stage 4 and the plan items in stage 6 as Done.
- The weekly cap from your budget becomes the one spending limit Spark follows.
Who can approve
Only people in your organization with strategy.approve. A Spark account manager can help you prepare the plan, but never approves for you.
