Does Spark own my Facebook Page, ad accounts or Google Ads account?
No. Your accounts stay in your business. Spark gets partner or manager access only, and you can remove it at any time without losing anything.
Why can't Spark create my Facebook Page or submit my verification for me?
Platform rules forbid software from filling in their sign-up and verification screens, and breaking them would put every Spark client at risk. Spark gives you step-by-step guides with your details ready to copy, and does everything the platforms allow through their official connections.
Does Spark see my card?
No. You add payment methods yourself on each platform. Spark never sees or stores card details.
Why does an item say "Platform reviewing" for days?
The platform is reviewing it, often your business verification. Neither you nor Spark can speed this up. Spark checks the status every night.
I fixed something. Why is it still "Needs a fix"?
Press I've done it — check now. If Spark can read the item, it checks at once. Otherwise a Spark staff member checks it and the status shows Spark is checking.
Why did a "Done" item change back?
Spark re-checks items every night. If something stopped being true (for example a connection broke or a name changed), it becomes Needs a fix and you are told. Items confirmed by Spark staff also expire after 90 days.
Why is my readiness not 100% even though I'm "ready to launch"?
Ready to launch needs only the required items in stages 1 to 6. Recommended items still count in the percentage.
Is the estimated launch date a promise?
No. It is an estimate from how long each remaining item usually takes.
Who can see my verification documents?
People in your organization with the verification.documents permission, and Spark staff helping with your launch. Documents are encrypted, never on a public link, and every view is recorded. See Verification documents.
What happens to my documents if I leave Spark?
They are kept for 90 days after you leave, then deleted.
Can my account manager approve my strategy?
No. Only someone in your organization with strategy.approve can approve.
What is "AI guess — confirm later"?
An answer you let AI choose with I'm not sure — let AI decide. It is a guess, not a fact, so you must confirm or change it before you can approve.
Do AI suggestions cost credits?
No. AI help in the strategy workspace is included in your subscription, with fair daily limits.
